Rich in the 11th Grade

Richard Carrol 'Rich' 'Bags' Bagley passed away on November 2, 2008 in La Plata, Colorado at the age of 64.

Rich grew up in Yountville and spent the better part of his life there.  After graduation from Napa High School, he began his work career at the City of Napa Water Department, from which he retired.

Bags made friends wherever he went.  He loved family, friends, hunting, fishing, and diving.  He was involved with the Moose Lodge, as well as Native Sons of the Golden West.  At the time of his passing, he was living in Clearlake Oaks, Lake County, California.

Rich is survived by one daughter, one son, one sister, and four grandchildren.
