Bill E. Bingham passed away on March 5, 2009 in Gold Hill, Oregon at the age of 65.
Bill was born in Baxter Springs, Kansas and moved to Napa as a child. After graduation, Bill married Judy J. Carpenter in 1964 and raised their four children in Napa before moving to Vacaville in 1998. When his children were young, Bill was very involved in youth sports in Napa.
In 2004, the Binghams moved to Gold Hill, Oregon (population 1,220) located along the Rogue River in Southern Oregon. There, in his later years, Bill enjoyed studying the Bible, spending time with family, playing video games, and watching 'The Price Is Right,' 'Fox News,' and Sports, including the 49ers, Giants, and NASCAR.
Bill is survived by Judy, his wife of 45-years, three sons and one daughter, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life to honor Bill was held on March 12, 2005 at the family home in Gold Hill.
