J. David Bullwinkel passed away on February 18, 2016 in Napa, California at the age of 71.

David was born in Mineola, New York and moved to Napa in 1961.  After graduating from Napa High School the following year, he attended California State University, Sacramento and earned a four-year degree.

David was a local building contractor and building supply distributor.  He built several homes in Napa, including the Award Winning Hidden Valley Townhouse Development near Redwood Road and West Pueblo Avenue.  He loved animals and nature, and enjoyed discussing politics and watching debates on television. David will be greatly missed by his family and friends for his kind, cheerful attitude and wonderful sense of humor.

David is survived by Karen Bullwinkel, his wife of 40-years, one brother, one nephew, and three nieces.
